    One word: Tesla ! 🙂

If you really wanted innovative award, you would name it after Tesla.

  • gabemott

Well, good luck kids. Would be great to see some over 35 grants too!

  • jkl

I agree. All for the kids, but what about us ‘oldies’ that are over 30? Maybe we’re passed it and just to senile to realise.

  • Pet-chy

what is 8500 going to do wouldn’t evan pay for a patent stop giving people fake hope so you can steel there ideas

  • Patrick Andrews

I don’t see why this ageism is allowed. It’s insulting enough when females are given awards for being eg Engineers. Why don’t we have an award for inventors who have contributed to society without supporting the patent profession?

  • Overground

Agree, it’s kind of silly since I think I only started being really innovative at 35.

The form is no longer accepting responses! The deadline for application is 12th April right?

    • Sean Blanda

Sorry about the mixup, this is for the 2012 award. The 2013 deadline has also passed.

      • Courtland Thomas

        Is there a 2015 deadline?
